ABOUT BORIS SCHWARZ
I Wasn't Born With Confidence. I built it.
For nearly three decades, I worked in an environment where sexual confidence wasn't theoretical. It had to function under pressure.

What I learned wasn't how to perform perfectly. It was how to stay present, regulate pressure and trust myself when it mattered.

That experience became the foundation of my work with men today.

THE STORY BEHIND MY WORK
Confidence Wasn't the Starting Point
I entered adult performance without the effortless confidence people might assume comes with the job.

I had to learn how to function when pressure, expectation and self-consciousness were all present at the same time. Over the years, that meant confronting many of the same things men struggle with in private: anxiety, unreliable arousal, overthinking and the fear of not being enough.

What changed wasn't that pressure simply disappeared over time. But I became better at understanding it, and from there I applied the appropriate methods to regulate and dissolve it.

These learnings became fundamental to how I see sexual confidence today.

Confidence isn't the absence of pressure. It's the ability to remain yourself when pressure appears.
WHAT EXPERIENCE TAUGHT ME
Sexual Confidence Is a Skill
Years of performing taught me that trying harder is rarely the answer. Confidence grows when you stop treating sex as a test and start developing the skills that allow you to stay present, responsive and to be at ease with yourself.

That means working with both mind and body: understanding pressure, building physical reliability with regard to erection and ejaculation, reading your partner and developing sexual competence through practice.

You don't become confident by convincing yourself that you are. You become confident by building evidence that you can rely on yourself.
FROM EXPERIENCE TO METHOD
What I Learned Became The Protocol
After years of learning by doing, I began turning these lessons into a systematic approach that other men could use.

The result is The Protocol: a practical system for developing sexual confidence through self-regulation, physical reliability, sexual competence and greater awareness of both yourself and your partner.

The book Sex Without Fear explains the principles and invites you to self-study. The Protocol puts everything into structured training.

My role isn't to make you dependent on my confidence. It's to help you build your own.
