WHY THIS BOOK

Nearly three decades under sexual performance pressure taught me something unexpected.

You might assume that experience taught me how to be sexually perfect.

It didn't.

It taught me why perfectionism is the wrong standard.

For nearly three decades as a male adult performer, sex was not only intimate. It was also work, something that had to happen under pressure, expectation and observation.

That environment forced me to understand what actually makes sexual confidence durable: not perfectionism, but presence, body trust, competence, awareness and the ability to adapt when things don't go exactly as planned.

I wrote Sex Without Fear to take those lessons out of an unusual environment and make them useful to men living ordinary sexual lives.
Throughout the book, my personal stories step outside the main teaching for brief observations drawn from nearly three decades of performing under sexual pressure — including the failures, adjustments and lessons that changed how I understand confidence.
TAKE THE WORK FURTHER
The Book Is a Starting Point
For many men, reading and understanding is exactly the right place to begin. Sex Without Fear gives you the know how to start changing the way you experience sex.

But understanding something intellectually and applying it consistently in your own sexual life are not always the same thing.

The Protocol is where understanding becomes practice through structured implementation and ongoing guidance.
